34775 Oregon Replacement nose Sprocket .325 [Includes Rivet]

Replacement guidebar nose. Changing these over is a fairly straightforward process. Sugihara offer guidebar nose changing tools for making swapping noses easier. Either way it is a relatively straight forward procedure to change the nose by drilling out the existing rivets and replacing with new ones.

Please check the pictures carefully to ensure you are buying the correct nose for your chainsaw. Cannon do a couple of different sizes nose sprockets in the same pitch – but checking the pictures will help you identify which guidebar nose is for you.

Are all noses interchangeable ie. can I put a .325 .063[1.6mm] Sugiahara nose on a bar that had a 3/8 .063[1.6mm] nose?

Answer: Yes and No

Oregon Powermatch bars - all noses are interchangeable .325, 3/8, .404 and Oregon do not make a 3/8 lo pro changeable nose. The Oregon noses are interchangeable with the single rivet Cannon noses (this is the only cross brand compatibility).

Cannon Superbar Noses - large bars running single rivet noses .325, 3/8, .404 - Yes can interchange. The .325 and 3/8 lo pro noses will interchange. A seperate nose is required for the 50"[120cm] Cannon Superbar that is 3/8 lo pro.

GB Noses - the large 5 rivet noses running 3/8 and .404 on the Extra Long Bars are interchangeable. The standard 3/8 and .325 noses are interchangeable. The 3/8 lo pro and .325[1.3mm] noses are interchangeable.

Sugihara - the start of the part number tells you if interchangeable ie, T2- all have the same mount, T3- same again, T0- so if the first part of the part number is the same they are interchangeable.

Tsumura - the .325 noses are not interchangeable with the 3/8 noses.
