Sugihara Pro Laminated bars

Sugihara Pro Laminated guide bars. These bars are similar to Oregon Pro Lite and Pro Am and Stihl Rollamatic chainsaw bars. They have a sandwich construction with two pieces of steel welded together and the internal space filled with a punched blank. Sugihara Pro Laminated guide bars

Sugihara Carving Dime bars

Part of the new Sugihara tough carving range – thicker tougher carving bar which will withstand higher heat and harder handling. Heavier than the equivalent Light Type version. Hard wearing stellite tip is welded and finished by hand on every bar. For Dime Tip bars only 1/4 pitch chain may be used. These Dime Tip bars have a nose radius of 9mm.

Sugihara Carving R7 bars

Pro solid version of the smallest tip you can have – pro solid body provides a stiffer and more durable bar. These very small tipped bars from Sugihara have a tip radius of only 7mm hence the name R7 (Dime Tip bars are usually 9mm-10mm) and should only be used for very fine detailing work.
