Description

Upgrade your large Alaskan Mill and get x3 of the new style Granberg end brackets. As a package deal buy the brackets and get x3 of the post clamps free!

There are usually only ever two parts that rarely break on an Alaskan Mill Mk IV. The U Bolt due to over tightening and the cast end bracket. This can break due to the mill not being square, over vibration due to poor chain sharpening and tension in the mill.

However Granberg have now developed a brand new end bracket made from thick heavy duty aluminium channel. The clamp that mounts to the upright post has also been upgraded. You will unlikely ever break these!

Comes with new style post clamp but you may have to buy the U bolt fittings (the old style U bolt will fit this new style bracket but you will require a new post clamp).

These brackets are far better and as described much more sturdy....
I've got to say that I was surprised by the poor quality of aluminium used in the original end bracket castings, they look reasonably robust yet snap like a biscuit.
