Order before 12 midday for next day delivery Monday to Thursday. Minimum order for this website is £30 Ex VAT.

Global Delivery

In the UK there is now a flat rate order fee of £4.95+vat. We now have a fulfilment process in place which has helped us gain better order accuracy and faster despatch but it has come at extra cost which will now be reflected in this charge for all orders [Note we pay a basic £2.70+vat + the actual postage cost on any order so it is not simply the cost of adding a stamp to a jiffy bag anymore].

Please note if you wish to pay in a different currency than is offered please get in touch. The currency will default to the country you are viewing the website from and cannot be changed. Most orders placed before 3pm will arrive the next day by courier (Mainland UK only). Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be sent the same day but will not arrive until Monday (Mainland UK). Our couriers do not deliver on a Saturday.

Most deliveries will be sent by registered courier. We have spent a great deal of time trying to make delivery prices as fair as possible. Unfortunately it is too complicated to associate weight with the delivery address.

UK VAT

20% VAT will be added to your order at checkout. For all UK mainland orders delivery is currently £4.95+vat regardless of order size. Simple rules allow for less over costs.

UK delivery

Will be on a 24 hour courier service. All EU parcels will be on a 2-3 working day service.

EU VAT

Now that the UK has left the EU all export orders will be automatically rated for zero VAT. Once the goods have entered your own country you will likely be charged import tax and duty based on that country’s laws. If you have a valid VAT/EORI equivalent tax number for your country you would then claim that import tax back in your tax return (as if you had imported goods from say the USA or Japan).

To put this another way – if you are buying from say France – you will not pay any tax on your order to us. Once the goods enter your country the courier will then ask you for the 20% TVA as well as a processing charge [the processing charge varies but as an approximate figure will be between 30-50 Euros].

If you were that customer in France and registered for TVA you should then be able to claim that tax back in your normal monthly return. Situations vary from country to country on this.
